Jessica gained her Feline Safe Handling Certification in 2023. This course teaches how to properly handle cats, how to identify stressors, how to keep the grooming process as stress-free as possible as well as cat specific first aid.
To ensure the safety of each pet in our care, our staff are First Aid and CPR certified.
Jessica received her Difficult Dog Certification in 2023. We were taught different techniques to help pets who don't love the grooming process weather it's aggression or fear based. These techniques are designed to help teach pets that grooming can be a relaxing and enjoyable experience through gaining their trust.
Jessia received her Hair and Skin 101 Certificate in 2023. This course teaches how to
1. Understand hair and skin
2. Understanding the difference in coat types and the protocols to use
3. Understanding things that go wrong that contribute to common skin issues
4. The science to follow for treating skin issues
